Maggie Finnegan is a versatile soprano whose repertoire ranges from medieval to contemporary. In 2016 she made her Kennedy Center debut as the first-prize and audience-award winner at the Washington International Competition for Voice. Her 2016–17 season includes premieres with the American Chamber Opera Company, Vital Opera, and the Center for Contemporary Opera in a double bill of Louis Andriessen’s Odysseus’ Women and Anais Nin. She was also recently featured in the revival of Eve Ensler’s play Extraordinary Measures. This season Ms. Finnegan appears for the first time with the City Choir of Washington, the New Dominion Chorale, and the Avanti Orchestra. She has performed with Paper Mill Playhouse, the Metropolitan Opera Guild School Programs Tour, the LA Opera Chorus, the Boston Lyric Opera Chorus and the Metropolitan Opera Chorus.
